The truth no matter how hard it is

The main purpose of this blog is to discuss polemical issues in a rational way. Actually, not only in a rational way but also on a way that is open to all sides, a way that'll accept the results no matter how strange or terrible they may be (extermination of all the non-white races? extermination of the white race? extermination of manhood and let's all be women reproducing by artificial means? end of all forms of family and dissotiation of sex from reproduction? genetic socialism?). But most importantly in a way that accepts the one truth about life: we can always be wrong. Scientific knowledge is based on a lot of assumptions about what the TRUTH is, but we'll never really reach the TRUTH. We may not even know what is false (and that would make Karl Popper feel desperate). Nevertheless, it doesn't mean we shouldn't try. It only means we should be aware of our limitations and that a lot of things in science and in life depend on FAITH (all those axioms and some nonsensical stuff that comes from our cultural background).

By the way, I'm a 21-year old undergraduate Economics student from Brazil. I'm a really strange guy, at the same time not fitting the norm of the median of my society but falling in a lot (but not all) in the stereotype of the nerdy-asian-guy. Remeber that when you notice some strange things or grammatic errors in these entries (and please tell me where the error is. If we don't learn from our mistakes we're fated to commit them again, and the first step to learn from them is identifying them).
